Mental Health Counseling

Mental Health Counseling is appropriate for those living in the state of Florida. Appointments are typically scheduled once a week for 50 minutes. Elisa is currently accepting clients who are 18 and over.
Elisa utilizes an mindful, integrative and somatic approach to counseling.  She integrates Gestalt Therapy into her sessions, inviting her clients to explore the present moment.
Clients seeking out mental health counseling services may be struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders/disordered eating, emotional eating. Even if you are not struggling with any of these issues, you may be feeling overwhelmed and alone and in  need of more support and guidance on  your healing journey.
